Starting a magazine from scratch is no easy task, that’s for sure. Now that we’ve finally gotten our first copies of Issue 1 in our hands, I took some time to sit back and marvel at what we’ve managed to put together. I think it’s going to be something that all sorts of folks can enjoy and find both informative and entertaining.

Of course, we’re not oblivious to what some of you are thinking and saying. Sure, you could say we’re not covering enough anime and instead aiming to be a Hollywood gossip rag or what have you. (The comparison to a TV guide was most amusing, no doubt.) You could say we’re wronging our readers by not giving them what they’re used to from that other magazine.
