I’ll need to drink about this much beer before I ever consider it a good idea again to bring a credit card into a used manga shop. My knees are still hurting from all the books I lugged out of there.
Stupid question but can they read the bottle if its in English? Ya some people prob took English in school but who the hell remembers high school language classes.
Well most of it is in spanish so no one knows what it says :p. All you need to know is it is a giant anthropomorphic bottle of beer. Kinda creepy…yet I am now thirsty.
Used Manga and a credit card? I am suprised you found that to be a good idea in the first place lol.
Used manga shop, eh? Now THAT is somethin they need in America really bad. Going to Borders for manga just doesn’t seem fulfilling sometimes… but I still love Borders!
Oh, yeah, they exist! At times, I just wish I could read all the Naruto and Berserk mangas I’ve come across! When my friend visited me here in Japan a couple of years ago, I took him to Nakano to the different Mandrake stores, and to Ahikhabara. He was in heaven!

Hey, I put a Popsicle on my card once. But I so need to buy some manga soon. I’ve been without manga for over a month. Yes, blasphemy, I know.
And it shouldn’t matter if the bottle’s in English (or whatever) as long as they recognize the logo.
Yeah! Giant beer, and better yet, a giant Corona beer.
Greetings from Oaxaca, Mexico
A giant bottle of beer in japan….. some how, I’d expect that.
